About the Role

The Assistant Project Manager will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects throughout the Olde Eight development.

Working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, consultants, and ownership, you’ll gain hands-on experience across every phase of construction—from preconstruction and procurement through project closeout and occupancy.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation

• Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project correspondence

• Support subcontractor coordination and procurement activities

• Track project costs, change orders, and financial reporting

• Participate in owner, architect, and contractor meetings

• Assist with project closeout documentation, punch lists, and turnover activities

• Work closely with field teams to help maintain schedule, quality, and safety goals

• Learn the complete project lifecycle from experienced construction professionals

What We’re Looking For

Successful candidates will typically bring:

• 1–5 years of commercial construction experience

• Experience as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, Field Engineer, or similar role

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Working knowledge of construction documents and project administration

• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar construction software

• A strong desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility

• A team-first attitude and willingness to do whatever it takes to help deliver successful projects
