We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead the financial operations of a well-established Construction General Contractor specializing in both residential and commercial construction. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, job costing, cash flow management, and compliance. This individual will play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making and maintaining the financial health of the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with construction preferred
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
