What You’ll Be Doing

As Superintendent, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day field operations and help drive projects from mobilization through successful completion.

You’ll lead subcontractors, manage schedules and site logistics, maintain quality and safety standards, coordinate closely with the project management team, and make sure the project gets built the way it was promised.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their projects, communicates well, builds strong relationships with trade partners, and knows how to lead a jobsite.

What We’re Looking For

• Commercial construction Superintendent experience

• Ground-up commercial construction experience preferred

• Strong scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and safety experience

• Ability to read plans and specifications and proactively solve problems in the field

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Someone looking for a company where they can build a career, not simply their next project
