We’re partnering with a highly respected Owner’s Representative and project management firm seeking a Senior Project Manager to help lead complex commercial and institutional developments throughout the Charlotte region. As a trusted advisor to clients, you’ll represent the owner’s interests from early planning through project completion—working alongside Developers, Architects, Engineers, and General Contractors to help deliver successful projects.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the Owner’s Representative throughout all phases of project delivery—from feasibility and planning through construction and closeout
- Guide owners through project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration
- Coordinate Architects, Engineers, General Contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, quality, and risk while proactively identifying solutions
- Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with clients and project teams
- Review pay applications, change orders, project reporting, and closeout documentation
- Represent your client’s interests with professionalism, sound judgment, and technical expertise
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing commercial construction projects for a General Contractor, Owner’s Representative firm, Developer, or Construction Management firm
- Strong understanding of commercial project delivery, budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and risk management
- Ability to build trusted relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, General Contractors, and consultants
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
