An established and growing Charleston-based General Contractor is seeking a Commercial Estimator to support their preconstruction efforts across a diverse portfolio of projects.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare competitive estimates for ground-up and renovation projects

Analyze drawings and specs to determine scope and cost drivers

Build strong relationships with local subcontractors and suppliers

Identify value engineering opportunities and reduce project risk

Collaborate with leadership, clients, and project managers during preconstruction
What We’re Looking For:
-
5+ years of experience estimating commercial construction projects
-
Proficiency in Bluebeam, Sage, or similar tools
-
Strong understanding of commercial building systems and local trade coverage
-
Ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines
