Are you an up-and-coming construction professional who enjoys the detail and strategy behind putting a job together? This is a great opportunity to step into an Estimator role with a fast-growing, financially stable general contractor based in Greenville, SC. The company has major growth plans, with sights set on $250M in annual revenue and a brand expansion into new markets. This position was created out of growth — and you’ll be supporting and learning from an excellent mentor.

You’ll work directly alongside a well-respected Director of Preconstruction who is looking for a right-hand teammate to handle estimating, takeoffs, and detailed bid prep — especially for multifamily projects. The role offers long-term career upside, with potential to expand into commercial and medical preconstruction. A Construction Science degree is a plus, but not required — what matters most is a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively and independently. Experience with Sage Estimating is a bonus, but training is available for the right fit.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare detailed estimates and takeoffs, initially focused on multifamily projects

  • Support the Director of Preconstruction by handling the nuts and bolts of each bid

  • Collaborate closely with preconstruction leadership, PMs, and other departments

  • Learn and adopt company-standard estimating software (Sage)

  • Help lay the groundwork for expansion into new markets and sectors

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of construction experience (multifamily and/or office + field background preferred)

  • Comfortable with estimating and quantity takeoffs

  • Collaborative and professional — able to work closely with leadership and take direction

  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a passion for getting it right

  • Open to relocation to Greenville, SC (relocation support available)
