Lead Superintendent – Multifamily Construction (Traveling – Carolinas)
📍 Greenville, SC-based GC | Regional Travel
A top-tier, Greenville -based General Contractor is seeking a Lead Superintendent to oversee ground-up multifamily projects across the Carolinas. This is a high-impact role for a hands-on leader who knows how to run the job, manage subs, and deliver clean, high-quality work — on time and on budget.

What You’ll Do:

Run the field from start to finish on multifamily projects (wood frame & podium)

Manage site logistics, scheduling, safety, and subcontractors

Serve as the face of the project on-site and uphold the company’s standards

Travel regionally to jobs across the Carolinas
What We’re Looking For:

7+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent (ground-up multifamily experience required)

Ground-up experience, including wood frame and/or podium construction
-
Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills

Willingness to travel within the Carolina’s with per diem and housing covered
