Superintendent – Owner / Developer

Unique long-term Superintendent opportunity with a leading Developer/Builder. Our client is based in South Carolina. They have a strong backlog of projects throughout the Southeast (VA, NC, SC, GA, & FL) primarily building Self-Storage facilities. This opportunity offers working four 10 hour days allowing for 3 days home on the weekends.

Highlights:

  1. Must be willing to travel within a 2 state region (per-diem/out of town living provided).
  2. Must have 5+ years experience on-site leading Construction projects up to $10mil as a superintendent.
  3. All building projects are in house, no third party construction at this time.
