About the Role

The Project Manager will serve as the primary leader responsible for delivering assigned commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout and occupancy. You’ll oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, consultants, field teams, and client relationships while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and at the highest level of quality.

This position offers full project ownership and the opportunity to play a key role in the continued development of Olde Eight’s commercial amenities and infrastructure.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead projects from initial planning through turnover and grand opening

• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and overall financial performance

• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and field teams

• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and owner communications

• Conduct OAC meetings and maintain clear project documentation

• Mentor Superintendents and Assistant Project Managers

• Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction remain top priorities throughout construction

What We’re Looking For

Successful candidates will typically bring:

• 3+ years of commercial construction experience

• Experience managing ground-up commercial or major renovation projects

• Strong knowledge of project financials, forecasting, cost control, and owner billing

• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• The ability to thrive in a client-facing environment and take full ownership of project outcomes
