They are well-established and highly respected general contractor with deep roots in the Tallahassee market is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. With over 50 years of experience in the region, this firm has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality construction management, design-build, and general contracting services across a variety of sectors including education, healthcare, government, and commercial projects.
Here is some information about the opportunity:
- This is a local position – all work is based in the Tallahassee area (no travel required)
- Strong connection with local government and university providing a pipeline of projects.
- Build a variety of projects up to $75 million including healthcare, government, education, sports facilities and more.

Qualifications:
- 1-5+ years experience in construction project management
- Background in commercial, education, healthcare, or government projects preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
